    I’d rather work out for a shorter time with better results. I had been trying to cram a workout into my routine for years. Then I found this awesome program that alows me to work out less and the weight just FALLS OFF! It’s crazy, people are shocked now when I tell them I have 2 kids… they don’t give me that look that says….oh, that’s why your fat…Anyone can do this.     how many rep’s in visual wording, over a quick overview of how to do it, this way.
