Check it out! *********************** Here’s the low-down on what I’m doing to lose weight and how it works: See the FULL details of my plan at www.antishayweightloss.com It’s completely FREE w/NO obligations or sign-up :) 1. Figure out what your “maintain weight” calories are and eat 500 calories LESS than that number every day. 2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5x/week. 3. Drink water! Divide your weight in half and drink that number in ounces of water every day. (4. Make healthier choices as you go along and get better at doing steps 1-3.) FROM THE VIDEO: The salad is: 1 Bowl of Romaine Lettuce and Spinach 2 Tbsp Light Vinaigrette Dressing 1/2 Tomato, sliced 1/4 Cucumber, peeled and sliced 1/4 Cup Garlic Feta Cheese = around 110-130 calories :D YUM! Green Tea (and similar Asian teas), English Breakfast Tea and Irish Breakfast Tea need no sweetener if you use 1 Tsp of lemon juice instead (0 calories). Vanilla chai (and decaf vanilla chai), peppermint tea and bangal spice teas all also need no sweeteners or additives of any kind. If you have questions, feel free to ask!

    you’re tips so far are the best out there! thanks for putting out a REAL video, with REAL success without those fad diets… the thought of loosing weight ASAP is daunting.. i’m desperately looking for solutions to loose the weight fast… even though i know its not going to happen…. making small changes is the best tip i’ve heard so far… i’m sure, in a few months time, you will be the first person i thank when i’ve achieved my goal weight!

    @The1295theo Hehe, okay… I just tought you might think you’re overweight or something and wanted to tell you your not in case you will try to loose weight when you don’t have too. Anyway, the time you should work out really depends on your own body… everyone need a different time in order to get in shape. I’d say, go jogging at least 4 or 5 nights a week. Start with about 5 mins jogging, 5 mins walking and then longer and longer

    Girl, my home language is not English, and I don’t have the majorities of the things you show in this video I can’t see in the supermarktes at the city that I live, but I could make the changes (specially with the salad, that I personaly I’m a lover of salad) and the vanila I had to change for apple with cinamon, that is delicious. It was easier here in Brazil, because have a diversity of fresh fruits and we are not so used to fast food, but sea food, wich has much less calories.

    My question is, why do you let yourselves get like this? This doesn’t happen overnight. It’s simple, don’t let yourself get this big. It’s not hard. Eat healthy. I mean, are you going to relapse. Keep yourselves in shape for your men, and men, do the same for your women. Nobody enjoys this, they may not mind looking at it only because they love you, but it’s not appealing. Exercise! Sheesh

Eat with friends, (thats what the French do, and th reason for “the French Paradox), or if alone, use a timer! And have a SCALE! Eat prunes & prune juice. Remember: “an inch on the lips — a lifetime on the hips”. Pediatrition told this to a neighbour: have wam milk with Light Karo syrup! It works! : )
